Tour Guide from the Underworld is a Level 3 monster with 1000 ATK and 600 DEF. When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 3 Fiend monster from your hand or Deck, but its effect(s) are negated. The Special Summoned monster cannot be used as a Synchro Material, but there is nothing to stop you from XYZ Summoning a monster.
