The Best Level 11-12 Monsters

This page is a combined list of Level 11 and 12 monsters since there are very few Level 11 and Level 12 Effect Monsters in the game.

Why Yubel-Terror Incarnate Is A Good Monster Card For Your Deck

Yubel-Terror Incarnate cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of Yubel and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card cannot be destroyed by battle, and you take no Battle Damage from battles involving this card. Yubel-Terror Incarnate is the last card your opponent wants to attack because before damage calculation, when this face-up Attack Position card is attacked by an opponent’s monster, your opponent loses life points equal to the attacking monster’s ATK. During your End Phase, all other monsters on the field are automatically destroyed. When this face-up card leaves the field, you can then Special Summon 1 Yubel-The Ultimate Nightmare from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

Why Hyper Psychic Blaster/Assault Mode Is A Good Monster Card For Your Deck

Hyper Psychic Blaster/Assault Mode is a Level 11 monster with 3500 ATK and 3000 DEF that cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Hyper Psychic Blaster/Assault Mode can only be Special Summoned by the effect of Assault Mode Activate and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. If Hyper Psychic Blaster/Assault Mode battles a monster, at the end of the Damage Step, your opponent loses life points equal to the monster’s DEF and you gain life points equal to the destroyed monster’s ATK. When Hyper Psychic Blaster/Assault Mode is destroyed while it is on the field, you can Special Summon 1 Hyper Psychic Blaster from your Graveyard.

Why Yubel-The Ultimate Nightmare Is A Good Monster Card For Your Deck

Yubel-The Ultimate Nightmare is a Level 12 monster with 0 ATK and 0 DEF that cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Yubel-The Ultimate Nightmare cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of Yubel-Terror Incarnate. This card cannot be destroyed by battle, and you take no Battle Damage from battles involving this card. At the end of the Damage Step, if this face-up Attack Position card battles an opponent’s monster, your opponent loses life points equal to the ATK of that monster, and then that monster is destroyed.

Why Malefic Truth Dragon Is A Good Monster Card For Your Deck

Malefic Truth Dragon cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Malefic Truth Dragon must be Special Summoned by its own effect and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. If a face-up Malefic monster except Malefic Truth Dragon is destroyed by battle or by a card effect, you can pay half of your life points to Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. The regular effects apply from there. There can only be 1 face-up Malefic monster on the field, and this card needs a Field Spell Card on the field in order to remain on the field. If this card destroys an opponent’s monster by battle, all face-up monsters your opponent controls are destroyed as well. Your other monsters can attack as well which is an unusual effect for a Malefic monster.

Why Meklord Astro Mekanikle Is A Good Monster Card For Your Deck

Meklord Astro Mekanikle is a Level 12 monster with 4000 ATK and 4000 DEF that cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 3 other Meklord monsters from your hand to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can select 1 Synchro Monster your opponent controls and equip it to this card. This card gains ATK equal to those equipped monsters’ combined ATK. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can send 1 of the equipped monsters to the Graveyard to inflict damage to your opponent equal to its ATK. On the turn you use this effect, you cannot conduct your Battle Phase, so make sure you use this effect when you know you won’t get much out of the Battle Phase.
