Horus The Black Flame Dragon LV8 is a Level 8 monster with 3000 ATK and 1800 DEF that cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Horus The Black Flame Dragon LV8 cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of Horus The Black Flame Dragon LV6. Horus The Black Flame Dragon LV8’s 3000 ATK can get through most monsters, but your opponent could use Quick Play Spell Cards to give their monster(s) an ATK/DEF boost when a monster attacks. However, the whole duel completely changes with Horus The Black Flame Dragon LV8 on your side of the field. With Horus The Black Flame Dragon LV8,  you can negate the activation and effect of any Spell Cards. Any Spell Card negated by this effect is destroyed.
