Brotherhood of the Fire Fist-Tiger King

February 25, 2013

Brotherhood of the Fire Fist-Tiger King is a Rank 4 XYZ Monster with 2200 ATK and 1800 DEF that requires 2 Level 4 Beast-Warrior-Type monsters as the XYZ Materials. When Brotherhood of the Fire Fist-Tiger King is XYZ Summoned, you can Set 1 Fire Formation Spell/Trap Card directly from your Deck. Once per turn, by detaching 1 XYZ Material from this card, you can negate the effects of all face-up Effect Monsters currently on the field except for Beast-Warrior-Type monsters until the end of your opponent’s turn. That means these effects remain negated for awhile, and if you Summon a non Beast-Warrior-Type monster after you use Brotherhood of the Fire Fist-Tiger King’s effect, the Summoned monster will not be affected. If you have a field of Beast-Warrior-Type monsters and your opponent has none of those monsters, then you will have a big advantage against your opponent. Really good Monster Effects such as Stardust Dragon will not be able to be used until your opponent’s End Phase. When Brotherhood of the Fire Fist-Tiger King is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can send 3 face-up Fire Formation Spell/Trap Cards you control to the Graveyard to Special Summon 2 Level 4 or lower Beast-Warrior-Type monsters with the same ATK from your Deck in face-up Defense Position. These monsters do not have to have the same name, DEF value, or Level. All they have to have is the same ATK and then the monsters are put into Defense Position. Overall, Brotherhood of the Fire Fist-Tiger King is a great card to have in your Extra Deck, but only if you have a lot of Beast-Warrior-Type monsters in your Deck.
