Darkness Neosphere

November 18, 2012

Darkness Neosphere is a strong monster that is very easy to play.

With 4000 ATK and 4000 DEF, you only need to send 1 Field-Type monster from your field and 1 Field-Type monster from your hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon this card. You can only Special Summon Darkness Neosphere when your opponent declares an attack, but you’ll have a huge advantage with a 4000 ATK monster on your side of the field. Darkness Neosphere cannot be destroyed by battle by any monster (even if it has over 4000 ATK), and once per turn, you can return all face-up Trap Cards you control to the hand. This effect may rarely be used, but it can be very helpful. An example of this is that if you have a Nightmare Wheel, and you feel like you equipped it to the wrong monster, you can use Darkness Neosphere’s effect, return Nightmare Wheel to your hand, and equip it to another monster.

Summing It Up

With 4000 ATK and 4000 DEF, Darkness Neosphere is a strong monster that is very easy to play. You can play Darkness Neosphere on your opponent’s turn, and with 4000 ATK, Darkness Neosphere can do a lot of damage to your opponent. You can also return all of  your face-up Trap Cards to your hand once per turn. That effect can be very helpful if you have a face-up Gravity Bind that is preventing Darkness Neosphere from attacking or anything else.
