Life Stream Dragon

November 6, 2012

Life Stream Dragon is a strong Synchro Monster that can give you a lot of extra life points. Life Stream Dragon is a rare Synchro Monster that requires a Synchro Monster as one of the Synchro Materials, and that Synchro Monster would be Power Tool Dragon.

Life Stream Dragon is a Level 8 monster with 2900 ATK and 2400 DEF that requires Power Tool Dragon and 1 Tuner (most of the time, that Tuner will have to be a Level 1). When Synchro Summoned, Life Stream Dragon gives you the chance to make your life points become 4000. As an added bonus, effect damage that you would take becomes 0. Since Power Tool Dragon is one of Life Stream Dragon’s Synchro Materials, a conclusion can be made that Life Stream Dragon has a secondary effect involving Equip Spell Cards. That is correct. Power Tool Dragon sends these Equip Spell Cards to the Graveyard when you Synchro Summon Life Stream Dragon, and when this face-up card on the field would be destroyed, you can banish 1 Equip Spell Card from your Graveyard instead. Now Equip Spell Cards do have a purpose even if they are in your Graveyard.

Summing It Up

Life Stream Dragon is a great Synchro Monster to replenish your life points with. Life Stream Dragon is also stronger than Power Tool Dragon, and it can use the Equip Spell Cards in the Graveyard that Power Tool Dragon recently used. An interesting detail about Life Stream Dragon that shouldn’t be forgotten is that Life Stream Dragon is a Tuner which can result in the Synchro Summoning of an even more powerful Synchro Monster once there are no more Equip Spell Cards in your Graveyard and your life points have been replenished.
